Leasing Terms, Usage, Policies and General Information
Misfits: This category is a mixture of older tracks, misfit beats, lost files, and random crafts created throughout the years. These Beats are sold with a Non-Exclusive License Agreement, you will receive an untagged wav/mp3 file of your download(s) and will be able distribute your music to all major platforms old and new with up to 2000 copies/sales per-site. You will have the right to change title of the song but Must give Credit to Beatsonthego.com for the Beat/Music Productions on all Platforms/Credits.
Loops: This category is New to the Menu and will be a selection of Beats Created on Various DAW Platforms such as Maschine Studios, Reason, Logic Etc. All Loops are Exactly what the Title Implies “Loops”. Each Track will be looped at a different measure (4,6,8 etc) and all sounds/beats will be repetitive.
Loops are sold with a Non-Exclusive License Agreement. You will get (1) Copy of the Producers Mix Looped. (1) Copy of the Stems looped by Measure. You will also receive (1) untagged wav/mp3 file of each Loop/stems with added Reverb. You will be able to distribute your finished work(s) up to 25,000 copies/sales per-site. You also have the right to change title of the song, but Must give Credit to Beatsonthego.com/Producer for the Beat/Music Productions used for all Platforms/Credits..
Things You will need: You will need a DAW like: Protools, Logic, Luna Etc, to Drag and Drop your stems into. Once uploaded to your DAW you will be able to edit each individual sound of the song out as long as you like by cut/copy/paste method. Producer Mix is in Mp3 format so you can use any Music player to enjoy your Music.

You will receive (1) untagged, high-quality wav/mp3 file of The Original Song with Stems .(Stems will be the full Song and will be easy to drag and drop in Any DAW). You will Get Unlimited Distribution, Unlimited Projects and a Instant Download of your Loop/Beats upon Purchase. You will have the Right to change the Title Song Name of the Beat and Must Give Credit to Beatsonthego.com and Pay royalties and fees if Loops/Beat becomes famous etc.
Stems are Given to allow Professional Music Production such as Mixing And Mastering. You will be able to Transform, Takeout or add/changes to any of the Works Loops/Beats.
You Must give Credit to Beatsonthego.com/Producer(s) for Any Exclusive Beat Purchased that Will be used on Any Platforms such as Radio, Tv, and All Internet Platforms Etc.

Any party purchasing Any of The Creative Works/Beats SHALL NOT, AND I REPEAT CANNOT RESELL ANT OF THESE BEATS ON ANY OTHER WEBSITE OR TO PERSONS ETC. THIS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
IN THE EVENT THAT ANY OF THESE RULES/RIGHTS TO THE TRACKS/SONGS ARE VIOLATED, ALL PURCHASE AGREEMENTS WILL BE VOID AND YOU WILL LOSE ALL RIGHTS TO ANY BEAT(S) PURCHASED ON BEATSONTHEGO.COM WEBSITE AND YOUR TRACK WILL BE PUT BACK INTO STOCK TO BE RESOLD.

You Must Register “Only” your Finished Work/Song with either Ascap or BMI(Free) within 90 days of your “Finished Song Release Date” You will have to contact us to get our information to Properly Fill out any Song Submissions. Failure to do so WILL Void out Your Exclusive Rights And Purchase Agreement with Beatsonthego.com/Producers and your Beat will be put back into the Playlist to be ReSold. The 90 day Limitation date only applies to the Full Song(s) Release date and Not the Purchase Date.(example: you can buy a beat and hold it forever with no violations, BUT ONCE YOUR SONG IS COMPLETED AND READY FOR THE PUBLIC/PRIVATE VENUS YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR SONG AND GIVE CREDIT TO ALL WORKS CREATED BY BEATSONTHEGO.COM/PRODUCERS.
